Terms & Conditions

All quotations are valid 28 days from the date of issue. 

Prices are EXCLUSIVE of VAT 

Please supply written confirmation and a purchase order number to cover the value of the goods and services required.

We require payment for 25% of the total value including VAT on completion of scaffolding, 25% at contract mid-point and remaining balance at end of contract. 

Quotes include a detailed fixed hire period, extensions to this are priced as additional weeks hire at 5% of total hire fee 

The outstanding balance is to be paid in full on completion within 14 days of invoice. 

Equipment or dates will not be reserved until confirmation and purchase order is received. 

All work will be carried out to current regulations and certification supplied where appropriate. 

Scaffolding Permits are applied for with the registered local authority and charges applied to invoice. Inspections are charged depending on frequency, size and location.
